Pink Guava Rose Spritz

Fragrant pink guava and a restrained touch of rose create an elegant, alcohol-free spritz. Lime keeps the floral notes fresh, while sparkling water produces a light drink suited to brunch, celebrations, and sophisticated cafรฉ menus.
Ingredients
- 220 g Andros Pink Guava Frozen Purรฉe, thawed
- 60 ml fresh lime juice
- 50 ml simple syrup
- ยฝ tsp food-grade rose water
- 650 ml chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Thin lime wheels and unsprayed edible rose petals, for garnish
Method
- Whisk the pink guava purรฉe, lime juice, simple syrup, and rose water together in a jug.
- Taste and add a little more lime if needed to balance the sweetness.
- Fill four glasses with clear ice and divide the guava mixture between them.
- Top slowly with chilled sparkling water.
- Stir gently, then garnish with a lime wheel and a few edible rose petals.
- Serve immediately.
