Strawberry Basil Fizz
A sparkling strawberry mocktail brightened with lime and aromatic fresh basil.

This vibrant alcohol-free fizz turns Andros strawberry purée into a refreshing café-style drink. Basil adds a gentle herbal lift, lime balances the sweetness, and chilled soda water gives the finished mocktail a lively sparkle.
Ingredients
- 220 g Andros Strawberry Frozen Purée, thawed
- 80 ml fresh lime juice
- 60 ml simple syrup
- 12 fresh basil leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 600 ml chilled soda water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberry slices, for garnish
Method
- Gently press the basil leaves with the simple syrup in a jug to release their aroma without shredding them.
- Add the strawberry purée and lime juice, then stir until smooth.
- Strain if you prefer a cleaner drink.
- Fill four tall glasses generously with ice.
- Divide the strawberry mixture between the glasses.
- Top slowly with chilled soda water and stir once from the bottom.
- Garnish with basil and a strawberry slice, then serve immediately.
