Baked Brie with Honey and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie
- 3 tbsp honey
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Black pepper
- Sliced baguette, to serve
- Fresh figs, optional
Method
- Heat the oven to 180ยฐC and place the brie in a small baking dish.
- Lightly score the rind and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake until the centre feels soft, about 15โ18 minutes.
- Warm the honey with walnuts and thyme in a small pan.
- Spoon over the brie, add black pepper and serve with baguette.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
