Sourced from open-pasture, grass-fed flocks raised in the pristine climate of New Zealand, this lamb mince is celebrated for its exceptional quality, sweet flavor profile, and superior animal welfare standards. Made from high-value cuts like the shoulder, leg, and loin, the meat is single-ground to retain its natural moisture and provide a perfect balance of meat and fat. Because NZ lambs graze entirely on lush, green pastures, the mince offers a much cleaner, more delicate, and less "gamey" taste than grain-finished alternatives. This makes it an incredibly versatile base that absorbs strong spices beautifully. It is an excellent, healthy alternative to ground beef and serves as the perfect foundation for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines, including spiced koftas, Greek moussaka, and rich stews.
