Ingredients
- 8 vegetable pau buns
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame paste
- 1 tsp chilli crisp
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Line a steamer basket with perforated baking paper.
- Space the frozen buns apart in the basket.
- Steam over boiling water until soft and piping hot.
- Whisk soy, vinegar, sesame paste, chilli crisp and honey.
- Top buns with spring onion and sesame; serve the sauce alongside.

- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
