Ingredients
- 12 shiitake crystal dumplings
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 80 ml water
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli oil
- Sliced spring onion
Method
- Whisk the water with cornflour to make a thin slurry.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and arrange dumplings flat-side down.
- Cook until the bases colour, then pour in the slurry and cover.
- Steam until cooked, uncover and let the lace turn crisp.
- Invert onto a plate and serve with soy, vinegar and chilli oil.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
