Ingredients
- 12 shrimp flower wontons
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp sugar
- Spring onion and sesame seeds
Method
- Whisk chilli oil, vinegar, soy, sesame oil, garlic and sugar.
- Bring a wide pan of water to a gentle boil.
- Cook the wontons until tender and floating, following pack timing.
- Lift out carefully and drain well.
- Spoon over the dressing and finish with spring onion and sesame.
Storage guidance
- Keep frozen at or below -18ยฐC.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
- Do not refreeze after complete thawing.
- Cook thoroughly before serving where applicable.
